Notes:
Everything new and rebuilt. New tires, new re-cored radiator with extra row of
tubes, new top in the box (2 boxes of material and top related materials), new rebuilt
engine, 3-speed automatic transmission, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel pump, rebuilt starter
and generator. All parts of the brake system replaced (all new lines, hoses and
cylinders), new gas lines, new sending unit for gas tank, new ball joints and control arm
bushings in the front end. New dual exhaust system.
The chrome is decent. Rare color (gold metallic with gold and black
interior). Only 4 known to exist in this paint color. Interior seats need to be
recovered, door panels are usable. The padded dash is crumbling, mostly gone. It
still needs left side quarter and rocker panel on left side replaced, but can be driven as
is. (It was done by an amatueur that had no clue). I have a factory replacement
quarter panel, full size.
The car still needs to be stripped and painted. The engine compartment is done and some
body work done already, but basically, it will be ready for the road with minimal
work. Easy winter project for next spring, the car also has rare electric wipers that
work.
