"Fully restored to a manner that is commensurate to when the car was new, in that the body panel fit is not
perfect. However the paint, interior, and chrome work are superb, even if some of the white interior
plastic pieces are starting to yellow. The box of extra service parts and accessories that was packed
when it was on exhibition is still in the trunk with most of the pieces still in it, although the box is
getting tattered. Overall conditon 1-, bid to %85,000 SOLD! Unlike most of the cars in the
Cappy Collection, this one comes off as a pure, true restoration. By that we mean the car was returned
back to the condition it was when it was built. This is in lieu of the practice we Americans love of
putting a car into a better condition that it could've ever been as a mass-produced product. Nice car,
great history, exorbinent yet justifiable price."
