Notes:
I bought this in California a year and a half ago. I was going to transplant
a 2000 Mustang Cobra motor into it, but just can't get past my other projects.
I believe it has the original 361 cid V8. It does run and drive but I
wouldn't drive it anywhere but around the block since it has not been road ready
since 1972. It still has the California black plates. I realize this car
needs restoration but it has a solid body and is a good candidate for your dream
car.
This car has a very straight and almost rust free body. It had some rust
starting as small perforations above the rear wheels. I welded it and then
finished over the weld and primed it. The body is straight except for a kink
in the hood on the right side due to someone trying to shut the hood on a stiff
hood hinge. The stainless and mouldings are good, but the chrome work is
faded. The only glass that is bad is the right front door glass. I
bought a gas tank from Desert Valley Auto Parts and installed it last year.
This car starts very easily. The interior is shot and needs everything to be redone.

Notes:
It turns over with the battery but no spark out of the coil. Appears
distributor's not telling coil when to fire. The gas tank is in the
back and needs to be cleaned. This car sat for a few years but it
was parked in running condition. It is not rusted out, but has surface
rust. It has a Holley double feed on it. New points, condenser,
rotor, cap, wires. Car needs interior and paint. Very little
body work needed, mostly sanding. Electrical works.
