Interior is great, drives great, has rust, and it smokes more than I can handle, as
I wanted this to be my economy car, but it smokes too much. It has a rebuilt head,
new hoses, battery and new tires. All gauges work, even the dome light works,
wipers work when they want (vacuum), all glass is good. I would love to keep it but
just don't have the time and $ to rebuild the engine.
The head was rebuilt by a very reliable engine builder at a cost of about $500.00
(receipt with car). Also has new generator and voltage regulator. The clock is
in the trunk, but comes with the car, and I have set of good coil springs for the front,
as one is broken. The rear quarter panels have been fiberglassed but not well. Also
there is a softball-size hole from rust in the left fender. Car also has normal scratches,
etc. It looks to have had one repaint and it was originally a black car.
I have about 10 Edsels, and everybody likes this one the best, but as I say, I just do not
want to deal with the smoke. Car has current tags through December of 2009.

Notes:
Car was bought sight unseen in San Francisco, and I then drove it home to the L.A.
area. It is not going to work for what I want. Looks OK, drives great,
I got 25 mpg on the way back from San Fran.
