This car has rust, plenty of it.  In my opinion it is very borderline as to whether it could be restored, you'd need lots of ambition.  I personally would not attempt to restore this car.  There is rust in the doors, quarters, rockers, trunk, etc.  In fact, the trunk was rusty enough to be removed.  Plenty of good trim and rare parts, though.  Maybe you can save it.
