Notes:
I don't have the data plate but I do have the registration on it. My dad purchased it
new in 1959 from Leon Riley's Ford/Mercury dealership in Benton, KY, where he worked as a
mechanic. The car was wrecked about 3 months later. When it was repaired, they
didn't put the data plate back on. We kept it until 1964 and traded it in for a new
Mercury, but every time we went to town, we had to go by to visited it, so he repurchased it
on February 8, 1965 and it's still in the family! It's not in real good shape but it's
mine and I'm real proud of it. Would like to restore it but it's hard to find parts
for the 1960 ones!
