Update: It now runs.  Painting the scallops the correct Copper, and replacing all locks: doors, ignition, trunk, glove box with NOS assemblies and correct keys.

I have not tried to start yet, but I was told it runs.  Need keys made, came with none.  No rust.  Came fromm Texas, lived in California, town of Boron.
