361cid E-400 V8, Teletouch automatic transmission, 2.91:1 axle ratio

This is a pretty car, snowshoe white with black top and scallop. It has a mostly
original interior. Only the seat inserts have been replaced. The vinyl is
original. It has new carpet. The headliner, door panels and arm rests are
original and very nice. The Teletouch is my biggest problem - I cannot seem to figure
out what gear to go in when the car is warm, and I cannot start the car due to the neutral
safely switch. Otherwise the car runs and drives like new. It is smooth and
comfortable and very fast. I have added Pertronix Ignitor ignition and duals. It
always draws a crowd and I used to do Elvis impersonations and arrive in the
Edsel! Currie Weed, who was an engineer with Ford in 1957 on the Edsel project, has
helped me with the car on several occasions. He lives in FLorida also and has a '58
convertible.
I am the northern VP of the Florida Edsel Club, handling the panhandle.
