Notes:
This Edsel has been garage stored since 1972 when my dad parked it. I believe reverse
went out of the transmission (which is in the trunk along with a spare
transmission). This car is totaly complete in unrestored condition, the body is
beautiful other than the lower rocker panels which have rust, and the rear bumper is tweaked
slightly. All the glass is perfect (it's been stored 36 years) the interior is very nice
other than the seats have dry rot due to materials used and age. All chrome is in top
condition inside and out. The floor boards are solid and the inner fender wells are
extremely nice (fresh ashphalt from paveing back in the 60's protected the underside),very
little rust through the car as a result. Has a complete set of "Edsel" hub caps as well.
The engine should still run (it did when parked) but the radiator is in the trunk. This
is a Canadian Model car, meaning the interior is done white rather than the black of the
American models. Steering column and wheel and various other bits - very subtle
differences.
